CBSE declares class XII results – Raksha Gopal tops
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Sunday released the class 12 Board examination results.
Raksha Gopal from Noida, tops with 99.6 per cent marks. The pass per cent in the CBSE Class XII exam falls to 82 per cent from 83.05 per cent last year.
Meanwhile, HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar speaks to the toppers in all three streams of Science, Commerce and Humanities.

Earlier, the CBSE requested students and parents not to visit the Board office for collection of results as they would only be available online.
Although there is no official statement, sources at CBSE said that the Board would follow the moderation policy as directed by the Delhi High Court. The Court had ordered the continuation of the moderation policy that the Board has been following, saying it was unfair to students who had registered for the exam when the policy was still in place.
